Skirting boards are the ideal location to house low level LED lights. As a rule, skirting generally covers the perimeter of an entire room and as such it can be used to create dramatic or subtle lighting effects for an entire space, or as part of a feature wall or area.
Low level lighting is ideal for creating subtle hues and depending on the type of LED lighting you choose to install in your skirting, you will likely be able to choose from a range of colours to create the perfect atmosphere depending on the occasion.
How Our LED Skirting Works?
We stock one of the most extensive ranges of skirting online and all of our boards are available to be used with LED lights. You simply choose the LED lighting option when adding your boards to cart and we will ensure your boards are ready to be fitted with LEDs.
LED strip lighting is 10mm wide as standard and we manufacture a rebate of 12mm (depth) x 18mm (width) to comfortably house the lighting strip. We do not provide the lighting strips at present. This service is available on all MDF and pine boards.
