Our Standard Delivery Policy
Our standard delivery charges start at just £14.99 and covers a 2-5 working day delivery service. We pride ourselves on being the cheapest delivery provider of interior mouldings online.
We deliver right across mainland UK and with this service you can request a weekday delivery date of your preference (excluding weekends and bank holidays), from a minimum of 5 working days from the date you place your order.
Please note that 4pm is our cut off time and after this time your order will be processed on the next working day. Working days are classed as Monday - Friday and do not include bank holidays.
Our deliveries are made between the hours of 8AM - 6PM, if you cannot be in during the delivery timescale, your order will be left in a safe place at the address. If this is a problem, please notify us at the time of placing the order using the notes.
Your chosen delivery dates are upheld where possible. In such circumstance where this can’t be adhered to, a member of our customer service team will contact you to arrange a new convenient day or time for you.
You will receive an email and a text message a day before your order is due for delivery.
We advise all customers not to book a fitter for your skirting board until you have received delivery and you are happy with your order.
If our standard delivery timescale can't be achieved, the customer service team will contact you in advance. If you have any questions regarding delivery, please call our friendly staff on 0800 181 4122.
Please note we can't be held responsible for deliveries that arrive damaged due to our courier partners. However, replacements will be provided free of charge.
SATURDAY AM DELIVERIES TO MAINLAND UK
We also offer Saturday morning deliveries and these are available to all UK mainland addresses. With this service you can expect to receive your skirting board on a Saturday morning that falls no sooner than 3 days from when your order confirmation is received.
Saturday deliveries are upheld where possible. In the circumstance where this can’t be adhered to, a member of our customer service team will contact you to arrange a new convenient time for you.
The delivery schedule is upheld wherever possible and deliveries are typically completed between 8am – 6pm
Delivery is made to ground floor only and is access permitting. All deliveries are typically made one-man and as such the service is a curbside delivery.
Delivery is to a ground floor location, access permitting and is a one-man, curbside only delivery. Please be advised that due to the nature of our products and this being a one-man delivery you may need to provide additional assistance to help the driver unload the goods.
Your order will be delivered by either our fleet of vans or our selected courier partners.
Any deliveries that are made without a signature are made at the risk of the purchaser and we cannot process any claims with our delivery partners when deliveries have been made without a signature. It is the responsibility of the customer to be present at the delivery address on the agreed date of the delivery.
If we have not been advised by you that you will not be and no alternative arrangements have been made for delivery the order will be left at the delivery address without a signature and in a safe place. Photographic evidence of the delivery will be used.
